Chef’s Corner
St Paddy's Day has come and gone. I took a break with the kids for a couple of days (my own little Spring Break) and now I'm hoping for a little warmth and sunshine.

The new menu is out and I've been having a lot of fun with nettles, fiddleheads and mushrooms. The halibut is just coming in and the Spring Chinook season is upon us.

I'm feeling really grumpy about the Taco Bell proposal but I don't want to talk about it because I just get mad. Follow our blogs and Facebook page to learn what you can do.

My catering is usually an extension of what I do at the restaurant. I personally work with customers to create a menu, considering what is in local and in season, and the unique needs of each customer and event.

Where we really shine is in hosting events at the restaurant. With large parties(generally 12-24+ guests), we excel at creating an intimate evening with a menu tailored to each event. Larger dinners are served family-style, which is a great way to try more than one item. We can even pair wines with your courses!

Email me directly if you what to inquire about an event, whether it be a tray of appetizers, a dinner for 60, or an in-house event. Our motto is “yes!”
