Lately, Janet’s been reminiscing on life before covid. She longs for a 2022 St. Patrick’s Day where she could squeeze multiple parties at a large 20-person table and let you all create the magic of community and connection with one another. We all look back fondly upon those days and hope that one day, we can return to that vibrant, full, boisterous state.
As Janet took her trip down memory lane, she was reminded that October is National Pasta Month! This felt like the perfect opportunity for us to re-introduce a semblance of B.C. (before covid) life and the idea of special events at Bethany’s Table.
For this month only, we’ve created a prix-fixe $40 pasta menu that you can enjoy in-house. If you’re looking to take pasta month home with you, we have also stocked our Marketplace coolers with assorted fresh hand-made pastas, and frozen house-made sauces, and marinated meats, ready for you to bring home and throw together for an easy dinner. All pastas are hand-made by Janet’s middle son, Ryan. He’s been our chief pasta-maker for a good while now and is really coming into his craft. We couldn’t be more proud to showcase his hard work this month!
