403_Open_doorsThistle Winery’s vineyard is located in the Dundee Hills, where the very best of Oregon Pinot Noir grapes are grown. Winemaker Jon Jennison is a regular customer at Bethany’s Table and he and his wife, Laura, are close friends with many of our oldest and most dedicated customers. This dinner will definitely have and insider’s feel to it and there will be loads of laughs and great conversation.

We will be hosting the event in our newly constructed private dining room, which seats up to 40 guests. Word leaked out a little early and the initial response indicates that this will sell out quickly. Make your reservation now!

Price: $65.

Offering: For this Janet has created a four-course (five if you count the meet-and-greet nosh) tasting menu. Janet has crafted entirely new items that she designed specifically to pair with the wines she selected after tasting with Jon. These courses are served family-style and the portions are perfectly sized so guests may fully experience the pairing and enjoy the unique flavors but will be able to get through all four courses without being uncomfortably over-fed.

When: March 23, 2017. Meet and greet at 6:00. Service begins promptly at 6:30.

600_DSC00039If you have ever attended our winemaker dinners you already know that Janet pulls out all the stops to create an unforgettable culinary experience. Guests learn that wine is food and, properly paired, the food makes the wine better and the wine makes the food better. David emcees the event and is often reasonably well behaved. These experiences formed the foundation stones upon which Bethany’s Table was built and we are thrilled that our new private dining space enables us to reintroduce winemaker dinners to our customers.
